Motivation has peaks and valleys. No one is able to move forward and upwards continuously forever without a plateau or decline. There must always be a “correction.” It is very important that you allow yourself that opportunity. It is also apart of your success.
“An idea is a curious thing. It will not work unless you do.”
By getting off track you recognize what you like best. Getting off track actually helps you solidify your commitment to being at your best! It helps you affirm for yourself what you want in your life. By actually feeling the difference in your physical and mental self. By observing the effects that living off track has on your mood, energy and attitude your motivation is reborn.
Nothing creates motivation like an extra 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100 pounds! What does it take for you personally to reach the point. When do you reach the point that you make a decision?
When do you choose to be proactive about your life?
“A journey of a thousand miles starts from beneath one’s feet.”
– Lao-Tzu
When do you get fed up and take responsibility for what is happening around you?
“A man grows most tired while standing still.”
– Chinese Proverb
Now is a great time to make that decision again. Summer is over, the kids are going back to school. It’s time to choose and take action!
“Action is the antidote to despair.”
– Joan Baez
