Good old H2O – available from your tap, and free from restaurants – Water is always refreshing. Without the added sugar, it keeps you hydrated and quenches your thirst – especially with ice.
For a fresh taste without the added sweeteners and artificial flavours, add some fruit – you’ll be surprised how quickly you can switch to this, from juice.
Still sometimes, you may be craving something sweeter. Try some freshly-squeezed, homemade lemonade. Add fresh fruit and mint leaves for even more refreshment – and don’t forget the ice.
